With the third Democratic Debate happening this week, it’s time rope in the political prop bets that are now available for online gamblers in the United States.
The top ten qualifying 2020 candidates will take the stage in Houston, Texas on Thursday, September 12, and BetOnline has released odds on what will happen during the primary debate.
This is the first debate to feature Elizabeth Warren and Joe Biden on the same stage, and most of the prop bets related to the volume of search trends and speaking time heavily favor those two candidates along with Bernie Sanders to round out the three Democrats with the highest polling numbers currently.
And it would be a political prop-filled debate with the post-2016 tradition of betting on how many times President Donald Trump will tweet during the night. The current over/under is set at 3.5 tweets.
Trump is also expected to be mentioned a lot by the Democrats hoping to unseat him during next year’s general election. The over/under is 28.5 times “Trump” is said.
Words spoken throughout the night is a big focus for this debate based on what the oddsmakers have posted. Everything from “impeach” to “Russia” to “climate change” and much more have been given odds by the sportsbook.
The third Democratic debate tips off at 8:00 p.m. ET tomorrow night and is expected to last at least three hours, ending at around 11:00 p.m. ET.
ABC will air the debate this go-around and can also be watched on ABC News Live and Univision. Additionally, the live broadcast will also be available for online streaming at ABCNews.com and on the official ABC YouTube channel in the United States.
